Amsterdam 11th April 2023 – GNX is proud to announce the appointment of Joe DuFresne as the company’s newest addition to the executive team. DuFresne brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector in operating companies and investment banking.

DuFresne previously held executive positions at digital infrastructure service providers Internap Corporation and Broad Valley Micro Fiber Networks. He also spent over a decade as an investment banker focused on the telecommunications sector and infrastructure businesses such as metro fiber and data centers. As a banker, he executed over $25 billion in debt and equity financings and M&A transactions in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. DuFresne held senior positions at UBS and Oppenheimer & Co. and started in banking at Deutsche Bank Securities.

I am excited to be joining the executive team at GNX at this critical and foundational stage of the business. Founders Rutger Bevaart and Rick Mur, together with the rest of the team have built a compelling global connectivity offering with the LARA platform at its core. I am impressed with both the fast growth and the quality of multinational logos already on the client roster after just a few short years since launch.
