Sourcing and managing local ISPs in every country your business operates in is slow, fragmented, and expensive. And it gets harder as you scale.

How about making it simpler?

At GNX, we aggregate your global internet services into a single contract, a single invoice, and a single point of contact. Our team handles the local providers, regulations, and service desks, so you don't have to. What's more, you'll get total visibility and regain control of your underlay through GNX+, our carrier-neutral automated platform.

Who it's for

complexity
Network and IT Managers

You're running internet in 30+ sites and your inbox is half ISP tickets. We take the day-to-day off your plate without taking control away.

No overview
Procurement teams

You want vendor consolidation without losing leverage. GNX gives you one contract and live market data on every renewal, while handling onboarding for any new provider.

Limited time
Network architects

You're designing for SD-WAN, SASE, or hybrid cloud. We deliver the underlay: local last miles, global reach, predictable SLAs for your overlay to truly perform.

How we deliver it

1. Assess.- We start with a thorough audit of your current underlay — every site, contract, SLA, and renewal date. You get a single view of what you have, what it's costing you, and where you can do better.

2. Consolidate.- We bring your existing ISPs under one GNX contract through co-management, novation, or fresh installs in markets where it makes sense. No rip-and-replace unless you want one.

3. Operate on GNX+.- Every circuit, invoice, ticket, and SLA lives in GNX+. You get live pricing on new providers, transparent renewal data, and 24/7 monitoring from our global NOC.

A simpler, more resilient network for global pipe manufacturer

Case study

The customer's WAN environment was a complex mix of MPLS, broadband connections, and different local providers. Some locations were difficult to reach, and they all required multiple connections for resilience.

When they issued a global RFP for internet access, the goal was clear: simplify the network while increasing diversity and performance.

ISP Aggregation FAQ

What is ISP aggregation?

ISP aggregation is the practice of consolidating multiple internet service providers, often across countries, under a single supplier. Instead of managing dozens of contracts, you manage one. GNX handles sourcing, contracting, provisioning, management, and support.

How is ISP aggregation different from ISP brokerage?

How you call it may depend on the region. However, brokerage typically ends at the contract: a broker finds you a provider and steps away. Aggregation goes further: GNX owns the contract, the SLA, the invoice, and day-to-day operations across every provider in your estate. Just in case, ask your provider what the full scope of the service is.

Do I have to replace my existing ISPS?

No. We consolidate what you have through co-management or novation, and only install new circuits where it makes sense. Further, when sourcing through our platform, you can also exclude ISPs or LMPs you don't wish to work with. Because we are carrier-neutral and don't play favorites, you'll always stay in control of which providers you keep.

How many countries does GNX cover?

GNX delivers internet access in 190+ countries through a vetted network of local and regional ISPs.

How does pricing work under one contract?

You get one master agreement and one invoice in your preferred currency. Underlying provider pricing is transparent via GNX+, so you can benchmark every circuit and renewal. Check GNX+.
