GNX is sponsoring Team Turner – Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods again for the 2026–2027 marathon speed skating season. This is our second season with the team, and we're as proud as ever to be part of their story.

What makes this team stand out is what happens off the ice. The riders aren't only elite marathon skaters. They also work in the hospital as medical doctors and researchers in fields like anesthesiology, surgical oncology, and ALS. Their working weeks can run to 50 or 60 hours with night shifts, and then they train and race against the best in the sport.
And they win.
They show that you don't have to choose between a demanding career and your passion. This is what inspires us the most. With focus, planning, and being part of a strong team, each one can make the other stronger. We can’t wait to cheer them on this winter!

Team Turner – Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods is a Dutch women's marathon speed skating team with Turner and Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods as their main sponsors. The riders combine racing at the top level with careers in medicine and biomedical research. They compete on both indoor ice rinks and natural ice, including the Alternative Elfstedentocht.
